The equipment for the preparation of the sets is one of the best assets of the Studios:
There are grills on all the sets, 4 pits, 2 joineries, 500 m² of surface for the pre-assembly on the Z set, without forgetting the fume cupboard, the staff, the locksmith’s shop, the numerous accessory / storage rooms, as well as the offices.

The site has 2 make-up/hairstyling areas with 4 stations, 2 areas of 80 m² for costumes and dressing, a dozen dressing rooms for actors, a room with 40 seats for extras, 2 laundry rooms with washing machine and dryer.

2 air-conditioned spaces of 4 posts.

Please note: the Epinay City Council is very attentive to authorizations for exterior sets and can propose in particular the site of the former Éclairs laboratories located only a few hundred meters away.
