WORKSHOP, OFFICE, AND DRESSING ROOM SPACES

  • 2,000 sq.m. of space dedicated to set construction, spread across two workshops, equipped with a carpentry shop, a pre-assembly area, a metalworking shop, a paint booth, and areas for plaster and sculpting work.
  • 450 sq.m. of offices and dressing rooms, featuring furniture, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.
  • Facilities include accessible restrooms (ADA-compliant), showers, and locker rooms.

Storage Spaces

2,000 sq.m. of storage, distributed across two buildings:

  • Storage 1: 1,000 sq.m. of space
  • Storage 2: 1,000 sq.m. of space

ECO-RESPONSIBILITY

  • Multi-stream waste management: A-grade wood, B-grade wood, organic waste, packaging, glass, metal, paint, and hazardous waste, among others.
  • Electric vehicles and charging stations.
  • Prioritization of eco-friendly, sustainable materials for construction.
  • Identification of local suppliers and partners to minimize the carbon footprint and promote short supply chains.
